TRAIN. TEST. PERFORM.
Prepare for long-course triathlon with a realistic plan and a clear race strategy.
Long-course racing asks you to manage fitness, pacing and recovery across months of preparation. Our coaching brings swim, bike and run training together around your race date and the hours you can consistently commit.

A first finish and a personal-best attempt need different priorities. We review your race experience, recent training and limitations before building the programme. There is no universal weekly volume or guaranteed finish time.
Training blocks balance endurance development with focused work and recovery. We review how you are responding and adjust around work, family, illness or travel. The plan should support progress you can maintain through the build.
Race preparation includes pacing guidance, transitions and opportunities to practise your equipment and fuelling approach in training. We consider the demands of your course rather than applying the same strategy to every event.
We use a seven-zone training system and explain what each session is for. Performance testing can help answer specific questions about your training, but the right assessment depends on your goals. Your programme combines the available data with experience, feedback and realistic training decisions.
