Thomas found Endurance Lab while looking for a performance testing centre in Ireland, and since last year he has also been coached by Tiago.
“It’s been clear from the onset that he is as passionate about the sport as I am. His meticulous approach and hands-on support has been super helpful, and I was really grateful to have him as part of my support crew during this year’s ICON Extreme Triathlon.”
His proudest moment came at the 2024 IRONMAN World Championship in Hawai’i. Ten kilometres into the run he was close to calling it quits, but with Jan Frodeno telling him to “suck it up” and his family behind him, he brought it over the line. #nothingisimpossible
