TRAIN. TEST. PERFORM.

Cycling Coaching

Train for stronger rides, climbs and races with a plan that fits your week.

From a few available hours to a full racing season, cycling coaching helps you make each session count. We build around your training background, time constraints and goal: climbing, endurance events, racing or the bike leg of a triathlon.

Training built around you

Short weekday sessions and longer weekend rides can work together when they have a clear purpose. We review your response, fatigue and schedule so the programme develops with you rather than becoming a fixed list of workouts.

Use indoor and outdoor training together

Structured indoor sessions make intensity easier to control. Outdoor rides develop endurance and familiarity with the demands of your event. Power, heart rate and perceived effort help guide the work, depending on the equipment you use.

Prepare for the demands of your event

A climbing goal, a long sportive and a triathlon bike leg require different preparation. We consider duration, terrain and race pacing alongside your strengths. Bike lactate, VO₂ or INSCYD assessments can inform priorities when useful.

How we work together

  1. Understand your starting point. Share your goals, training history, available hours and upcoming races.
  2. Follow your programme. Personalised sessions are delivered in TrainingPeaks, with TrainingPeaks Premium included in the coaching packages.
  3. Review and adjust. Weekly reviews use your training data and feedback to update the plan.
  4. Prepare to perform. Connect your fitness with practical pacing and race preparation.

Sports science made easy

We use a seven-zone training system and explain what each session is for. Performance testing can help answer specific questions about your training, but the right assessment depends on your goals. Your programme combines the available data with experience, feedback and realistic training decisions.

Common questions

Can the plan fit around work and family?

Yes. We start with your realistic availability and adjust when your week changes. Consistency matters more than planning hours you cannot complete.

Do I need to visit the lab?

No. Remote coaching works online. In-person assessments and squad sessions are separate opportunities depending on your goals and package.

How do I join?
