TRAIN. TEST. PERFORM.
A running plan with clear purpose, from your first consistent block to your next race.
Improve the structure of your running without making every session hard. We plan around your training history, available days and target event, balancing easier running, focused sessions, recovery and appropriate strength work.

Whether you are working towards a 5 km, 10 km, half marathon, marathon or a triathlon run, the programme starts with your current ability. We build consistency before adding demands that your schedule and recovery cannot support.
Seven-zone guidance helps distinguish easy endurance work from harder sessions. Depending on your equipment and needs, we can prescribe by pace, heart rate, running power or perceived effort and explain how to use each.
Run lactate testing can help inform intensity prescription, while VO₂ testing provides an aerobic-fitness baseline. Running analysis examines movement and offers practical cues. These are separate questions: choose testing according to what you need to understand.
We use a seven-zone training system and explain what each session is for. Performance testing can help answer specific questions about your training, but the right assessment depends on your goals. Your programme combines the available data with experience, feedback and realistic training decisions.
