ENDURANCE LAB · CORPORATE PERFORMANCE
Bring colleagues together around a realistic running goal. Endurance Lab can help you plan a workplace programme for a first 5K, a 10K or a longer event, with progression matched to experience and available time.
Discuss your programmeWorkplace programmes work best when the aim, audience and delivery are clear. We start with your team’s needs, available time and location, then agree the services and level of support. Participation and communication should be suitable for the people taking part.
Agree the target event or programme milestone, starting ability and available weeks. A beginner programme and an experienced race team need different progression.
Discuss the balance of independent sessions, group support and education. Training should account for work schedules, recovery and the participant’s existing activity.
Group sessions need an agreed venue, suitable pace groups and clear communication. We scope the delivery and coach involvement rather than promising fixed sessions before planning.
Practical guidance on pacing, training intensity and managing load helps participants understand the purpose of their sessions. Personal limitations or symptoms need appropriate attention.
Send your company name, approximate group size, preferred timing, location and main objective. We discuss the suitable format and practical requirements, then confirm scope, capacity, pricing and any travel costs in a quotation. Corporate services are currently arranged by email with manual invoicing.
Individual assessment information belongs in the participant’s personal feedback. Any sharing with an employer or another professional must be agreed with the participant. Programme reporting, if requested, is scoped in advance; it should not expose personal results or turn participation into a workplace ranking.
We discuss the experience levels and support needed before choosing a format. Exercise testing and training require individual suitability checks.
No. These are fitness, training and education services. They do not diagnose disease or replace advice from a clinician.
Delivery depends on the service, equipment, facilities, travel and capacity. We confirm venue requirements before agreeing an onsite proposal.
