Serviced by a qualified bicycle mechanic in a multi-brand workshop, inside the same lab where we test and fit riders.
Suspension adds a small complexity charge. For fork or shock internal servicing, ask when booking and we’ll confirm before you drop off.

Prices are labour for a standard road or gravel bike. Parts are quoted separately after inspection, and nothing is fitted without your OK. Electronic shifting, TT/triathlon or fully integrated cockpits and suspension add a small complexity charge.
Not sure what your bike needs? Book the €30 Repair / Stand Diagnostic: we find the problem, quote by phone, and the €30 is credited to the repair.
Suspended bikes are serviced as standard with a small complexity charge. For fork or shock internals, mention your model when booking and we’ll confirm first.
A quick rinse helps us inspect it, but it isn’t required.
We call you with a quote for parts and labour first. Nothing is fitted without your OK.
We inspect it at drop-off and agree a ready date with you then, based on the work and any parts needed.
Quotes after a service inspection are free. If you only need a problem found, the €30 diagnostic is credited to any repair you approve.
We send a secure payment link when your bike is ready, or you can pay at the lab.
