ENDURANCE LAB · CORPORATE PERFORMANCE
Corporate fitness challenges give colleagues a shared, measurable goal. Endurance Lab designs team challenges that start with a fitness assessment and finish with a retest, so progress is measured rather than guessed.
Most workplace challenges count steps or minutes. Ours begin with a short assessment, such as employee VO2max testing or a submaximal fitness check, then give teams a structured block of training, education and check-ins before a retest.
Results are shared as team-level improvement, while each participant keeps their own data. Teams that want to go further can move into a corporate running programme or a wider corporate wellness programme in Dublin.
The World Health Organization recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate activity a week for adults. A well-designed challenge is a practical way to help colleagues build that habit.

Every company is different. We agree the goal, the group and the time available, then match the format to your team.
Teams train towards a measurable gain between a baseline test and a retest. Progress is reported as a team result, so every fitness level contributes.
Work towards a shared event such as a 5K, 10K, sportive or relay, with a plan matched to each participant’s starting point.
For mixed groups, the focus is consistent weekly activity, recovery and practical education rather than raw performance.
Open the challenge with a workplace talk or close it with a performance day and retest.
Send your company name, approximate group size, preferred timing, location and the outcome you want from corporate fitness challenges. We suggest a format, then confirm scope, testing, capacity and pricing in a written proposal.
Individual assessment information belongs in the participant’s personal feedback. Any sharing with an employer or another professional must be agreed with the participant. Programme reporting, if requested, is scoped in advance; it should not expose personal results or turn participation into a workplace ranking.
No. Formats are designed for mixed ability, and intensity is matched to each person’s starting point. Participants are asked about health and readiness before any testing.
No. These are fitness, training and education services. They do not diagnose disease or replace advice from a clinician.
Delivery depends on the service, equipment, facilities, travel and capacity. We confirm venue requirements before agreeing an onsite proposal.
Most challenges run for 8–16 weeks, which allows time for measurable change between baseline and retest. Shorter launch events are also possible.
