TRAIN. TEST. PERFORM.
Train for stronger rides, climbs and races with a plan that fits your week.
From a few available hours to a full racing season, cycling coaching helps you make each session count. We build around your training background, time constraints and goal: climbing, endurance events, racing or the bike leg of a triathlon.

Short weekday sessions and longer weekend rides can work together when they have a clear purpose. We review your response, fatigue and schedule so the programme develops with you rather than becoming a fixed list of workouts.
Structured indoor sessions make intensity easier to control. Outdoor rides develop endurance and familiarity with the demands of your event. Power, heart rate and perceived effort help guide the work, depending on the equipment you use.
A climbing goal, a long sportive and a triathlon bike leg require different preparation. We consider duration, terrain and race pacing alongside your strengths. Bike lactate, VO₂ or INSCYD assessments can inform priorities when useful.
We use a seven-zone training system and explain what each session is for. Performance testing can help answer specific questions about your training, but the right assessment depends on your goals. Your programme combines the available data with experience, feedback and realistic training decisions.
