Remote (€95/month) is for personalised online coaching. Squad (€150/month) adds the group training described on the coaching page. Support (€370/month) offers the highest level of individual support and requires an application. TrainingPeaks Premium is included in every package.
Yes. The public coaching portal lets you join Remote or Squad, or apply for Support, without an existing account. Follow the signup steps shown in the portal.
Tiago Dias designs and oversees the programmes. Group session delivery may be supported by qualified Captains, while the coaching methodology and review remain with Tiago.
Remote coaching works online. In-person Squad activities and lab assessments take place in Dublin; check the session or appointment details before booking.
VO2max testing focuses on aerobic fitness. Lactate testing helps inform training intensity. Combined testing brings the two together. INSCYD provides another performance-analysis option. If you are unsure, tell us about your sport and the question you want the assessment to answer.
Preparation depends on the service. Follow the instructions in your confirmation. RMR has fasting requirements, while exercise tests have different instructions. Contact us if anything is unclear; do not change prescribed medication without advice.
Choose a repeat assessment around a meaningful training period or a change in your goals. We can discuss timing after your baseline and use consistent conditions when comparing results.
