Inside an EL Squad Sunday Ride

More Than Just a Group Ride

Sunday rides at EL Squad are designed to bring athletes together for structured endurance training in a supportive and motivating environment. Every session follows the week’s coaching objectives while encouraging teamwork, consistency, and smart pacing.

Whether you’re preparing for your first event or building towards a personal best, the Sunday ride provides the perfect opportunity to apply your training alongside athletes with similar goals.

What to Expect

Our coaching team carefully plans each ride and includes:

  • Coach-led route planning
  • Structured endurance or tempo efforts
  • Group pacing and technique guidance
  • Nutrition and hydration practice
  • Real-world race preparation

Train With Purpose

Unlike casual group rides, every EL Squad Sunday session has a specific training objective. Coaches provide guidance throughout the ride, ensuring athletes complete the correct workload while maintaining safe riding practices.

Ride Together, Improve Together

Training with a squad creates accountability, confidence, and motivation. Athletes benefit from shared experience, encouragement, and expert coaching while enjoying the social side of endurance sport.
