We allow time to settle and take resting measurements while you lie quietly. The 45-minute appointment includes setup and a discussion of the findings. Morning appointments are recommended in the portal.
Eating, caffeine, exercise and other factors can affect resting measurements. Follow the fasting and preparation instructions provided for your booking. Exercise-test preparation is different, so do not apply generic testing instructions to RMR.

Current prices, appointment availability and payment are shown in the portal before booking.
Read and follow the specific fasting instructions in your confirmation. Contact us before booking if fasting may be unsuitable for you. Do not stop or change prescribed medication without advice from the professional managing it.
