We offer training plans for all level of triathlete from novices looking to get their first sprint distance triathlon under their belt, to more experienced athletes looking to make the step up to long distance races as well as elite competitors looking for national and international success.
We have coaches with the relevant experience to offer you the best possible guidance, training and advice. Triathlon is an incredibly demanding sport, not just on your body but also on your life and very few people have the luxury of work and family not interfering with their hobby. Our coaching staff are well aware of this and can tailor your plan to the demands of your life. Having experienced busy schedules themselves they are well equipped to offer you the best guidance in terms of rest, nutrition and state of mind that many athletes fail to focus on but ultimately can lead to high levels of performance.

Q: Is Endurance Lab for me?
Endurance Lab is much more than just an online coaching company. We encourage our athletes to communicate by phone, e-mail and face to face through training days, 1-2-1 coaching sessions and annual training camps. We have a Performance Lab studio, conduct swim lessons in open water and local swimming pools. Endurance Lab trains everyone from first time triathletes to world class performers. Our coaching methodology encompasses the needs of all individuals irrespective of time constraints and personal circumstances
Q: How will I receive my workouts? What training platform do you use?
We use Industry leading 2-way communication within the Training Peaks platform. A premium Training Peaks account is required but we cover this cost for you (exception is our standard plan)
Q: Is there a set-up fee or contract period to get started?
No, we have never charged either of these as we like people to “want” to be on board and it challenges use to deliver the best level of service in order to retain athletes.
Q: How do I find the right coach?
Simply go to our coaches page and browse through each coach. If you are in need of advice as to who will best suit your needs then please contact us by e-mail or by phone (089 605 1631).
Q: I don’t want to be coached but would like to arrange 1-2-1 training or attend your training days/camps?
No problem, we are happy to assist noncoached athletes and our training days are a great group place to begin with this starting from €40 a day. We also offer 1-2-1 coaching from €45 per hour for swim, bike and run. We have athletes who want a half or full day and this can be arranged. Finally, one of the most fun parts of the year are the winter training camps. We normally run at least 2 weeks and this offer a great way to spend quality time in a real coach-athlete environment.
Q: How much is coaching and how do I pay?
Make contact with us first and get set up with a coach. From this point it is payable monthly and start from as little as €55 per month up to €170 per month for those looking for the more time consuming add-ons that come with this package. Payment is by standing order or invoice on the 1st of the month as agreed when you start with us. We appreciate 30 days notice if you intend to stop but we do not enforce this (but if we do a great job why would you leave anyway!).

Q: What equipment do I need in order to be coached?
As a start point it is fairly basic. A road bike, swim equipment and a wetsuit, running trainers, a GPS watch with heartrate capability and ideally a Turbo Trainer.
As you progress or look for bigger gains athletes tend to have a power meter on their bike and increasingly for running also. Access to online turbo software such as Zwift as our workouts are exportable direct to your trainer. A TT/Tri specific Bike.
